Today marks one year since Costco and RXO's installations ruined my house and cost me my life savings. The situation is still unresolved.

To mark this milestone I have began to publish testimonials from others who have contacted me over the past year to share their similar situations. I have scheduled the rest of these testimonials to automatically publish every couple of weeks.

Regarding the lawsuit - RXO has until 12/10/2025 to respond to the lawsuit and Costco has until 12/15/2025. I will post their responses here for you to view.
